Latest Update: 2027 Volkswagen Taos is arriving in late 2026, range between $28,300 to $38,500.

The 2027 Volkswagen Taos is the smallest crossover by Volkswagen - yet doesn’t feel cramped or cheap. The visuals are effortlessly sharp with a tight-chunky body frame, crisp LED headlights front and rear, and a stance that screams "On MY Way". Under the hood sits a 1.5-liter 4-cylinder fast engine, coupled with an 8-speed transmission. Either choose front-wheel drive or 4Motion all-wheel drive. Reaching Zero to 60 in 8.0 to 9.3 seconds – yet it pulls well off the street and cruises without fuss.

Step inside and you’ll discover a cabin that’s comfortable, realistic, and incredibly beautiful for a fee. Every Taos gets a virtual gauge cluster and an eight-inch touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. The base S trim was only given higher: keyless entry, satellite tv to pc radio, audio control, and six speakers. The new Sport trim includes desirable-black 18-inch wheels, black roof rails, a black spoiler, gunmetal-gray accents, and yellow stitching on the raised black parking seats that make the rear legroom feel a little sportier.
