Introducing the 2024 VinFast VF7, the latest addition to VinFast’s lineup as part of the company’s ambitious global expansion. Emerging from Vietnam, VinFast is making waves in the electric vehicle market with its commitment to producing practical and affordable EVs.

The VinFast VF7 is designed to capture the attention of compact EV enthusiasts, offering a compelling option in terms of both size and pricing. Joining its larger siblings, the VF8 and VF9, the VF7 distinguishes itself with its smaller footprint and an attractive price point that has potential buyers taking notice.

Available in two versions, the Base and Plus, the VF7 caters to diverse preferences. The Base version features a single electric motor with an output of 130 kW (174 hp) and 250 Nm of torque, powered by a 59.6 kWh battery pack. This configuration provides a commendable driving range of 375 km according to WLTP standards. On the other hand, the Plus version boasts a twin-motor setup, offering four-wheel drive with an impressive 260 kW (349 hp). Equipped with a larger 75.3 kWh battery pack, the Plus version extends the range to an even more noteworthy 431 km.

Affordability is a key highlight of the VF7, with the Base version priced at approximately €37,500 and the Plus version just under €45,000. VinFast goes a step further in making the VF7 accessible by offering a battery leasing option, allowing buyers to significantly reduce upfront costs. Although this involves a monthly lease amount, it enhances the affordability of the VF7, catering to a broader range of potential buyers.

With dimensions measuring 4.55 m in length, 1.89 m in width, and 1.64 m in height, and a wheelbase of 2.84 m, the VF7 positions itself alongside popular models like the Volkswagen ID.4 and the Peugeot e-3008. Crafted in Italy, the sleek and stylish body of the VF7 reflects VinFast’s dedication to aesthetics and design.
