The MercedesAMG GT XX Concept, an innovative electric 4-door sports car, featuring three axial flux electric motors—two at the back and one at the front—for a combined peak power of over 1,340 horsepower. Empowered by a high-performance battery, and the amazing direct cooling technology, this drivetrain allowing the vehicle to reach a top speed of roughly 223 mph (360 km/h), - and providing great acceleration and continuous performance. Under perfect conditions, the battery allows ultrafast charging, adding almost 250 miles of range in only five minutes.

The AMG GT XX Concept’s design highlights futuristic flair and aerodynamic efficiency. Its low slung front end has flaring fenders; a unique Pan American-style grille; and a sharply tapered rear with six round deep red taillights and a centrally located MBUX Fluid Light Panel. The car has an astonishingly low drag coefficient of about 0.198, supported by active aerodynamic parts like AIRPANEL louvers, a Venturi Effect diffuser, and inventive 21 inch wheels with active aero blades that open to cool the brakes or close for enhanced airflow. Electroluminescent paint that glows at night and acts as a visual charging status indicator is also on the exterior.

Inside, inspired by motorsports, the AMG GT XX Concept features a driver-focused cockpit with minimal features. Silver and orange accents emphasize technical elements inside among mostly black décor. Two huge integrated digital displays with a flawless glass look, a raceinspired steering wheel akin to that of the AMG ONE, and exposed structural elements lighted in orange to bring to mind high voltage cables characterize the cabin. The seats are constructed from sustainable materials, including leather substitutes created from recycled GT3 racing tires.
